Greetings all,
It’s that time of year again. This is your official kick-off email and invitation to OTCI 2026. The OTCI is again being title sponsored by our faithful friends at TX Flood. They continue to support us year after year! Please feel free to forward this to any qualified (upstream) industry individual that might have an interest in joining us. Registration will be at Cassels Boykin pavilion from 3:00-7:00 PM on October 22nd. Axio Cased Hole services will providing the food during the registration times. The tournament will be October 23rd & 24th. This will again be a trailering event. Launch wherever you wish (on Rayburn) and weigh-in at Cassels Boykin. Fishing times are 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM both days and you must be in weigh-in line by 4:00 PM. Meals will be served immediately after weigh-in closes and door prize drawings will start as soon as possible after the food. We have not as yet secured a provider for the Friday evening meal. Downhole Chemical Solutions will provide the Saturday evening meal. Entry fees will remain at $275 this year and we are not limiting the field. Entry form and sponsorship form are attached. Both are also available (or will be within the next 24 hours) on our website for print or e-registration. Any new sponsors would be very welcomed additions. Payout will be at a minimum of 80% of entry money and paid to at least 20% of the field. We will also pay 1st and 2nd overall big bass.
The website (https://www.trashmasterclassic.com) has been updated with current information and forms for 2026. You may register there with credit card or mail in the attached form with a check. We haven’t nailed down the price yet for shirts this year, but I hope to keep them in the $35 range. Shirts will be sponsored by Maverick Blasting and Services and will be available at the pavilion all three days of the event, during volunteer work hours.
The Fishers of Men crew will man the weigh-in again this year. We will in turn make a donation to them to support CAST for Kids.
Please thank all of our sponsors for their support and the Fishers of Men crew for their efforts. These folks make this such an enjoyable event!!!! We all look forward to seeing everyone.
Stay safe, God bless and tight lines.
